All orders require a $50 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance must be paid prior to beginning work on your order.
Purchase of an in-stock item will require payment in full before being shipped.
Please note orders shipped within the state of Texas are subject to a sales tax of 8.25%.
Once your order has been placed, I will notify you via email of the current wait time for completing it, unless negotiations have been made otherwise. Please note completion times are subject to change.
If you require your order by a specific date, please notify me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Currently, shipping is limited to the United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with tracking number and full insurance included.
If you do live abroad and are interested in commissioning a pen, please submit a request using the Contact form, and I will be more than happy to discuss the details.
Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) purchased do not match the description on your invoice, or if a defect is discovered and is due to the production process. Returned item(s) must be unused, and in the original condition it was received. Refunds will only be issued once the item(s) have been received and checked thoroughly. Unfortunately I am unable to refund shipping costs. Items should be returned to the address detailed on the packaging.
